Welcome to MyPetiteJoys! For a long time now, I have wanted to work on a creative side project and create a space to indulge the right side of my brain. A place to express my interests and just revel in that which is beautiful about life. I want to explore and write about the simple and small things about life that bring a smile to my face.

So here I am ! I purchased a domain (Thank you Designer Blogs tutorial for the easy to follow instructions!) and have navigated the world of WordPress using the little bits of HTML and CSS knowledge that stuck with me from a web design course I took in grad school. If you can see and read this, so far so good on my end !

This first post was supposed to be an introduction to me, but instead, I have let my fingers fly and it seems my brain needed to make this post a declaration of sorts. So that’s it – I’m here to be creative, to write, and to share my love of life. I guess you will get to know me in the posts to come. Stay tuned and I hope you enjoy !
